The processing is carried out in its establishments, branches and the administrator’s headquarters by individual authorized employees of the administrator, or processor. The processing takes place in compliance with all security principles for the management and processing of personal data. For this purpose, the administrator has taken technical, organizational and legal measures to ensure the protection of personal data, in particular measures to prevent unauthorized or accidental access to personal data, their change, destruction or loss, unauthorized transfers, their unauthorized processing, as well as other misuse of personal data. All entities to which personal data may be made available respect the data subjects’ right to protection of privacy and freedoms and are obliged to proceed in accordance with applicable legal regulations regarding the protection of personal data.<\/p>\n
In accordance with the periods specified in the relevant contracts and consents, the periods prescribed for handling in the case of the legitimate interests of the administrator or a third party, in the relevant legal regulations, this is the period absolutely necessary to secure the rights and obligations arising both from the contractual relationship and from the relevant legal regulations.<\/p>\n
The administrator processes data with the consent of the data subject, with the exception of cases provided by law when the processing of personal data does not require the consent of the data subject, i.e. when there is another legal basis for the purpose of processing. \u2022 Po\u017e\u00e1dat spr\u00e1vce o vysv\u011btlen\u00ed.
\u2022 Po\u017eadovat, aby spr\u00e1vce odstranil takto vznikl\u00fd stav. Zejm\u00e9na se m\u016f\u017ee jednat o blokov\u00e1n\u00ed, proveden\u00ed opravy, dopln\u011bn\u00ed nebo vymaz\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f.
\u2022 Je-li \u017e\u00e1dost subjektu \u00fadaj\u016f podle odstavce A. shled\u00e1na opr\u00e1vn\u011bnou, spr\u00e1vce odstran\u00ed neprodlen\u011b z\u00e1vadn\u00fd stav.
\u2022 Nevyhov\u00ed-li spr\u00e1vce \u017e\u00e1dosti subjektu \u00fadaj\u016f podle odstavce A., m\u00e1 subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f pr\u00e1vo obr\u00e1tit se p\u0159\u00edmo na dozorov\u00fd \u00fa\u0159ad, tedy \u00da\u0159ad na ochranu osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f.
\u2022 Postup podle odstavce A. nevylu\u010duje, aby se subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f obr\u00e1til se sv\u00fdm podn\u011btem na dozorov\u00fd \u00fa\u0159ad p\u0159\u00edmo.<\/p>
